METHODS OF PAYING THE ORDER

- Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery) by Nova Poshta - a fee for transferring funds in the amount of UAH 20 + 2% of the order amount is additionally charged;

- Payment to the FOP's current account in Privatbank;

- Online payment by bank card;

- Link for payment through the Liqpay payment system;

- International payment systems (WestermUnion, PayPal) which you will receive from the manager.


METHODS OF ORDER DELIVERY

DELIVERY ON THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE is carried out according to the carrier's tariffs

 - By Nova Poshta to the branch or by courier, delivery time - 1-2 days, shipments are made every day of the week.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 - Delivery of the order abroad is carried out by Ukrposhta and Nova poshta delivery services (at the customer's choice);

- Delivery time is 1-3 weeks

- You can arrange international delivery by writing in Direct Instagram or placing an order on the website, you can also write additional wishes and, if available, your nickname from Instagram in the comments;

- After placing the order, a Viber/Telegram manager will contact you and provide you with payment instructions;

- Shipping is carried out after 100% payment of the goods, taking into account the cost of delivery (international orders are not sent after payment);

- The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of the delivery service, based on the weight, size of the parcel and the country of destination. (The approximate cost of delivery of one package is $20)

- Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receiving your payment;

- Pay attention!!! In case of damage or loss of the parcel during delivery, the transport company will reimburse only the declared value of this parcel. Therefore, please specify which declared price you wish to indicate.

- Parcels with a declared value of up to 45 EUR are delivered to post offices in the country of destination or to the address.

- Parcels with a declared value of more than 45 EUR are delivered exclusively to the recipient's address.

- Pay attention!!! Parcels with a declared value of 45 EUR or more will be charged customs duty in the amount of 23% of the amount of the declared value of the shipment.

- The destination post office and the customs service reserve the right to reassess the contents of the parcel.

- After sending your order, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your parcel;


CHECK OF ORDER UPON RECEIPT

Be sure to check your order upon receipt, in case of any damage, record it with the courier or at the branch with the employee of the post office of destination, drawing up the appropriate document with a photo of the damage and contact us for help in resolving the situation.
